Shipping

After placing an order, a delivery time of 2-7 days for products in stock should be taken into account. For Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France, this will usually be 2-4 days.

Orders paid by bank transfer may take a few extra days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note! For countries outside the European Union, additional costs (VAT and import taxes) may be charged upon receipt.

Returns

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason for 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product or a representative previously designated by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, at least the costs of return shipping will be borne by him. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or withdrawal.
